The supplier database on the UN Global Marketplace is available to all UN procurement personnel, and is the main supplier database of the following UN Organisations: IAEA, IAPSO, ILO, ITC, UN/PS, UNDP, UNESCO, UNFPA, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNIDO, UNOPS, UNRWA, WFP, WIPO

The UN Global Marketplace acts as a single window, through which the business community may register with the UN system, providing an excellent springboard to introduce your goods and services to many UN Organisations, countries and regions. The database facilitates the interchange of supplier information within the UN system as information is made available to all UN Organisations, and it acts as an important procurement tool to shortlist suppliers for competitive bidding.

IAPSO, based in Denmark, provides several practical resources on how to do business with the UN system.

UN Development Business (UNDB) is published by the United Nations Department of Public Information and is available by subscription. Since 1979, UNDB has been the only business publication providing a comprehensive source of information on opportunities to supply goods, works and services for projects financed by the United Nations, governments and the world's leading development banks.

  • UNPD www.un.org/Depts/ptd/- is the website of the UN Procurement Division of the Office of Central Support Services at the United Nations that provides information on the goods and services procured by the UN Procurement services.
