 | Baghdad – July 2006: Public Procurement Workshop. A seminar took place in Baghdad at the National Center for Consultancy and Management Development within the Iraqi Ministry of Planning (MOPDC). The workshop was designed to build the capacity of forty Iraqi officials coming from fifteen institutions in procurement and project management as part of the on-going “training of trainers” program financed by the ITF Capacity Building II project. |
