UNDG Iraq Trust Fund Newsletter   (November 2005)      providing key updates of ongoing UNDG ITF projects including, the Second Six-monthly Progress Report on UNDG ITF activities. As of end November 2005, the implementing UN agencies have legally committed $531 million and disbursed $362 million of total approved funding (which amount to $726 million for the implementation of 80 ongoing projects) (more)
 The Second Six-month Progress Report on activities implemented under the UNDG ITF has been presented to donors of the IRFFI.    The report, submitted in two parts, provides information on the continuing progress of United Nations multisectoral operations in Iraq for the period from 1 January to 30 June 2005 (with an informal update to the end of September 2005). 11 July 2005 - Denmark commits a further (US$) 5.47 million to UNDG ITF bringing its total contribution to (US$) 10 million and making it eligible to becoming a full member of the IRFFI Donor Committee.
Amman, July 10, 2005 — Representatives of more than 60 countries and international organizations, including the United Nations and the World Bank, will gather at the Dead Sea in Jordan on July 18-19, 2005 to review progress and lessons learned from donor-financed reconstruction activities in Iraq.
