Memorandum of Understanding| Contact List of Participating UN Organizations
To participate in the UNDG Iraq Trust Fund (UNDG ITF) United Nations organizations are required to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the UNDP MDTF Office as Administrative Agent of the UNDG ITF. The MOU sets out the duties and responsibilities of each party. The UN Organizations that sign the MOU are referred to as "Participating UN Organizations". A total of 22 Participating UN Organizations have signed the MOU with the Administrative Agent.
Each Participating UN Organization assumes full programmatic and financial accountability for the UNDG ITF funds disbursed to it by the Administrative Agent and provides various reports on its activities, as described in the MOU.
Through a Participating UN Organization, other international organizations, non-governmental organizations and national entities may receive funds from the UNDG ITF based on a project agreement concluded, as an implementing partner, with the Participating UN Organization in accordance with the Participating UN Organization’s regulations, rules and procedures.
The following 22 Participating UN Organizations have signed the MOU with the MDTF Office in its capacity as the Administrative Agent:
