The Workshop was attended by 50 Government of Iraq (GOI) officials, staff from UNOPS and the World Bank. GOI participants were from 12 institutions that represent cross section of government institutions: Ministries of Water Resources, Electricity, Planning and Development Cooperation, Education, Finance, Labor and Social Affairs, Housing and Construction, Central Bank and Bureau of Supreme Audit, KRG Ministries of Electricity, Health and Housing Construction.
