The workshop was attended by 24 Government of Iraq (GOI) Senior Officials and 4 from Iraq Fiduciary Monitoring Agent (EMCS). The GOI participants were from 11 different institutions that represented cross section of governmental institutions as follows: Ministry of Water Resources, Electricity, Planning and Development Corporation, Education, Finance, Labor and Social Affairs, Health, Housing and Construction, Environment, and Mayoralty of Baghdad.
